The three things we have the ability to change right now are: #1 our setting and perspective. #2 is our thoughts and #3 is our actions. This is video is about #1 changing our setting. What I mean by that is everything you see around you as your setting that creates your daily perspective: your schedule and routine, fix your space for work, change where you live, who you are spending time with, your clothing. When I was getting off alcohol this was one of the most critical things I did. Changing my setting and my patterns changed my thinking. Changing my thinking enabled me to take other actions and change my life. This is part of my online Get Happiness course and my online life coaching.
